The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Tony Nelson. Mr. Nelson, DOB: 8/02/55, walked away from the Crest Manor Assisted Living Facility located in the 500 block of 3rd Ave South, Lake Worth. He was last seen at 5:30 am, today, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Mr. Nelson suffers from Dementia. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office considers Mr. Nelson to be a Missing/Endangered adult.
