ONE ARRESTED FOLLOWING CHILD MOLESTATION COMPLAINT

On October 25, 2022, around 7:00 p.m., Fort Pierce Police Department Officers responded to a lewd and lascivious complaint in Sabal Palm Plaza located on South U.S. Highway 1. On scene, officers learned that 56-year-old Noe Cardenas had inappropriately touched an adolescent several times while walking around the store. Shortly after, family confronted the suspect who immediately left the area.

After being brought in for questioning, he confessed to committing the lewd and lascivious acts. Cardenas also confessed to committing the same acts to a different child at a different store back in August of 2022. He was arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
