New Years update! Garbage collection! Tow-to-Go!
TreasureCoast, Fl- It’s time to start planning how you will get home tonight. Triple -A recommends having a designated driver or using ride sharing services. If you cannot drive you can also use Tow-to-go! A driver can have their vehicle towed within 10 miles for free and get a ride home. The number is 855-2-TOW-2-GO OR(855) 286-9246. This service runs through 6 am Wednesday morning.
What about trash pickup? It depends on where you live. In St Lucie County, all trash will be picked up on it’s normal schedule including on New Years Day. In Martin County, there will be no trash pickup tomorrow. Instead trash will be delayed a day for the rest of the week, meaning that if your trash is normally picked up on Tuesday, it will be picked up on Wednesday this week. If your normal trash day is Friday, it won’t be picked up until Saturday. Trash pickup will return to normal next week.
Also, time to Gas up! Some Gas stations in Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce are selling Gas for under two dollars a gallon. Gas prices will be the lowest we’ve seen in three years by New Years Day!
