Multiple Martin County Arrests after theft.
54 year old Tammy Davila was arrested. She has been charged with burglary of an occupied conveyance, fraud, petit theft, and was later charged with dealing in stolen property. She is currently in jail on a $22,750 bond.
The victim of the stolen property noticed his credit card was used twice at a local market. It was used once by Davila and then again by an unknown suspect. Deputy Sheriff Dawn Ferris went to the market to view their video surveillance of that transaction and observed a man with a familiar sun tattoo on his shoulder. Deputy Ferris knew it to be Todd Anthony Glover. She remembered his tattoo from an incident with him back in April.
Deputy Ferris observed Glover outside of his residence in Jensen Beach and read him is rights. Glover verbally agreed to speak with her. He admitted to using the card to purchase pet food, cigarettes and beer. He was charged him with fraudulent use of a credit card. He is currently out on a $2,500 bond.
