Multi-million dollar facility coming to Tradition.
A new multi-million dollar facility is coming to Tradition Commerce Park in Port St Lucie.
The City teamed up with the county, state, and other organizations to help finalize the deal, which brings Dallas-based City Electric Supply into a new local facility.
The deal will keep over 200 jobs in the city, and add 50 new full-time jobs. A $6-million economic package helped finalize the deal. It includes tax, impact fee, and infrastructure cost reductions, along with money coming from both the state and the county.
Groundbreaking should start early next year.
