SUSPECTED DRUG DEALER FROM RIVIERA BEACH WAS SHOT BY MARTIN COUNTY SHERIFF’S NARCOTICS DETECTIVES AFTER ATTEMPTING A VIOLENT GETAWAY TO AVOID ARREST.

When detectives approached the suspect, he used his car to ram their police vehicles. Brown than attempted to run down a detective who was outside of his car. Two detectives fired shots hitting Brown. The team’s medic immediately rendered aid to Brown, while awaiting fire rescue. Brown was taken to Lawnwood Hospital where he remains in stable condition.
