MCSO INVESTIGATORS SEARCH FOR BANK ROBBERY SUSPECT
Martin County, Fla- Investigators are working to identify the suspect who robbed the Chase Bank on Cove Road and US 1 just before 2pm. This happened on Feb 17.
Bank officials say the suspect walked into the bank and passed the teller a note demanding money. The suspect implied he had a gun, but no weapon was seen. The suspect is a black male, with a beard. He was wearing glasses, (which could be for disguise purposes only), a plaid shirt, jeans and a ball cap. The sheriff is working to obtain a clearer photo of the emblem on his hat. The suspect took off on foot and ran in the area near Beall’s Department store.
