MCSO DEPUTIES SEARCHING FOR BURGLARY, AUTO THEFT SUSPECTS IN PALM CITY

Martin County, Fl- Deputies are currently searching for suspects who burglarized a number of vehicles at the Cracker Barrel in Stuart, then stole a vehicle from a gas station in Palm City. The suspects then led sheriff’s deputies on a pursuit before crashing the stolen vehicle near Leighton Farms Road. It is believed that three, possibly four suspects bailed out of the vehicle and ran on foot. One of the suspects stole a golf cart from golfers as they played at Hammock Creek Golf Course. That suspect was immediately captured by deputies.Deputies are still searching for the remaining suspect(s). Because a handgun was stolen from one of the vehicles parked at the Cracker Barrel, that suspect might be armed.

We are asking all Palm City residents to remain vigilant and call 911 if you see anything or anyone suspicious.
