MCSO Deputies  save unresponsive man on burning boat in Manatee Pocket

Martin County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- MCSO deputies  jump into an inferno to  save an unresponsive man from a burning  boat.

This is what happened!

A home video security camera captured the intense moments that MCSO Marine Deputy Buddy Sprott and Deputy Dan Hill jumped onto a burning boat to rescue an unconscious man on the vessel. The incident happened Sunday evening in the Manatee Pocket near Pirates Cove. As you can see in the video, the deputies work to pull the man from the flames seconds before the boat explodes. They manage to get the victim off of the boat before the vessel is consumed in flames. The heat was so intense that part of the MCSO Marine vessel melted.
The victim was taken to an area hospital, the Deputies were not injured. This story is still developing. We will have updates as information is available.
