MCSO: 3 Arrests made after concerned citizen call.
A call from a concerned citizen led to the arrest of three Miami men in Martin County.
The caller couldn’t pin-point what was wrong, but told deputies that something near Legacy Marine looked odd.
When deputies followed up by looking at surveillance video, they saw what appeared to be a group of men casing out the business.
Several hours later the men returned to Legacy Marine, cutting a hole in the fence so they could steal jet skis and some motor boats.
Instead they found the Martin County Sheriff’s Office waiting for them.
40-year olds Juan Rodriguez and Roger Bourgoine along with 42-year old Charles Manchester were all arrested.
The sherriff’s office is reminding everyone that if you see something, say something.
