Martin County Sheriff saves dog in Indiantown

Martin County, Fla (Treasurecoast.com)- During routine checks, Martin County Sheriff’s Deputies found this little guy prowling around the Indiantown Generation Plant on Farms Road this morning. He was clearly lost and looking for a place to warm up. Deputy Chuckie Pattison,  took him into custody, got him warmed up. He then tried to locate his owner, to no avail. Deputy Pattison transported the pup to the Indiantown substation where he had some food and a nap.

MCSO Animal Control Officers took custody of the dog and transported him to the Humane Society. The owner(s) can contact the Humane Society for pick up information. Or, if he is not picked up, the Humane Society does have a process for foster and adoptions. Please contact them for that specific information.
