Martin County Sheriff looking for suspect in violent armed robbery at local convenience store
Martin County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The Martin County Sheriff is looking for suspect that participated in a violent armed robbery at local convenience store.

Martin County Sheriff’s Detectives are seeking any information about the suspect in this video.
The robbery happened at the Step ‘n Food on Cove Road last night. The brazen thief walked in and charged the clerk, holding a sharp object to the victim’s throat and ordering him to surrender the money in the cash drawer. The clerk complied, but was pushed to the ground. Fortunately, he was not injured.
The suspect appeared to be a white, or light skin male, with a skinny build. He fled on foot in the direction of SE Driftwood Avenue. If you have any information about this robbery, you are asked to call Detective Michael Coccaro at 772-320-3114.
