Maple HSTC Pet of the week 9/28/18
Maple came to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast along with 44 other pets who were evacuating from Hurricane Florence; all of these pets were from Beaufort County Animal Services in South Carolina. When she arrived at HSTC she was very shy and scared of her new surroundings. Right now she is spending some time in a foster home while she adjusts to life in Florida. Her foster mom says that Maple is good with other dogs, gets along well with cats, and is working on house training; she has really come out of her shell and will make an excellent addition to her new family.
