Malabar man arrested with multiple drugs and no license
Malabar Florida resident Michael Owens was observed by an officer at approximately 9:30 pm last night, driving his red Volvo on N. Willow Street; an area known for drug sales. A check of his license revealed it to be suspended. The officer was able to identify Owens as the driver via a computer check of his license and stopped him as he traveled west on S. Carolina Avenue near N. Broadway.
The investigation revealed Owens to be in possession of crack cocaine, two Dilaudid pills, a crack pipe and chore boy. He was transported to the Indian River County Jail without incident.
