Main Street Fort Pierce Hosts 32nd Annual Sights & Sounds on Second Christmas Parade
Fort Pierce Main Street, in partnership with the City of Fort Pierce and the Sunrise Kiwanis, is excited to announce the 32ndAnnual Sights & Sounds on Second Christmas Parade in Historic Downtown Fort Pierce Sunday, December 6, 2020, at 4:00 PM.
The theme for this year’s 2020 parade is “Poinsettias & Palm Trees.” Patrons can expect a beautiful holiday parade along 2ndStreet which will travel south to Orange Avenue, east on Orange Avenue then north on Indian River Drive concluding at the River Walk Center. Local shops and restaurants will be open for your shopping and dining experience.

Road closures:
Road closures are expected between 7:00 AM until 6:30 PM, Sunday, December 6th on 2nd Street from Avenue A to Orange Avenue. Orange Avenue will be closed from Depot Drive to Indian River Drive. 2nd Street will be closed from Seaway Drive to Orange Avenue from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM for the parade. Indian River Drive will also be closed from Orange Avenue to the River Walk Center from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. The staging for the parade will be held along the side streets between Avenue C and Seaway Drive from US 1 to Indian River Drive. All side streets will be blocked from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM to set up for the floats and parade participants.

After the parade, enjoy “The Holiday Lights Spectacular” in beautiful Marina Square on Melody Lane. The Holiday Lights Spectacular, presented by the City of Fort Pierce, consists of over 100,000 lights synchronized to holiday music. A must-see for both locals and out of town guests. The lights and music will run from 6:00 PM– 9:00 PM daily until January 3, 2021.
