Lunch & Learn: One simple trick to save the Indian River Lagoon

Keep Port St. Beautiful invites residents and community members to join the free Lunch & Learn session that will focus on how we can help protect our waterways.
What: Dr. Edie Widder, CEO and senior scientist with the Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA), will discuss how ORCA focuses on finding the actions most needed to reverse the downward trend of the Indian River Lagoon.
When: Friday, June 3, 2022 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Email KPSLB@cityofpsl.com or call 772-87-5103 to reserve a spot by May 27.
Where: Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, 2410 SE Westmoreland Blvd.
Why: Lunch and Learns are held once per quarter to help residents better understand how to improve the environment. Lunch will be provided. This event is hosted by Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful, in partnership with the Botanical Gardens as venue host and guest speaker, Dr. Edie Widder, and ORCA.
