IRC Sheriff looking for suspicious male who approached juvenile

The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office wants to make the community aware of a suspicious incident. This evening around 8 PM, while riding his bike on the sidewalk in VLE, a juvenile was approached by a white male, 5’11″, 200lbs, wearing a red hat, black shirt, and shorts. The man was standing on the south side of 87th St & 95th Ct. He said to the juvenile, “I’ll give you $20 and a pack of cigarettes to come to 85th St with me.” The juvenile immediately rode home to tell his father. The father then saw a subject get into a septic truck with a silver tank and a green portable toilet on the back, leave 95th Avenue east bound on 87th street. It is unknown at this time if the septic truck is related to this incident but every bit of information helps.
