Indian River : Public’s help sought in fatal Victory Park shooting from Sept. 13

Indian River County, Fl (treasurecoast.com) – The public’s help is still needed following a shooting that led to the death of a 17-year-old in the Victory Park neighborhood earlier this month.

The teen, identified as Kevin Dobson, was struck by gunfire and died the following day. He had been riding in a car with four friends just before 9 p.m. Sept. 13, when an unknown black male wearing all black clothing opened fire on their vehicle. Another juvenile in the car was struck by a bullet in the hand but was ultimately released from the hospital after treatment.

Indian River County Sheriff are asking for assistance from the community as they have not had any cooperating witnesses at this time.
