HSTC Pet of the Week: Fleetwood Dec 20

HSTC Pet of the Week: Fleetwood Dec 20

Hi everybody. My name is Fleetwood and I am an 8 year old Bullmastiff currently available for adoption through the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. I am a bit wobbly on my feet as I seem to have some hip dysplasia. Also, I don’t hear very well; I appear to be mostly deaf. The staff here is making me as comfy as possible, but I’d love a home to call my own. You see, I was surrendered when my owner began having some issues with his land lord. Before I came to the shelter I had my own couch to sleep on and occasionally I was allowed in the people bed!

I am a ridiculously friendly guy; I love people of all ages, cats, and other dogs. Despite being a big dog, I am scared of being left alone and loud noises like fireworks and thunder. I still enjoy playing with toys – especially the soft plush ones. I don’t particularly like having my picture taken, so the photographers here at the shelter were only able to obtain amazing glamour shots of my face. Still not convinced that I am the perfect dog for you? I am already house-trained and I’m a pretty quiet guy over-all. All HSTC senior pets ages 7years and older have already had their adoption fees paid for by a generous donor, so my adoption is FREE!
