Georgia Man arrested for burglarizing home in Stuart
Martin County, Fl- A man was arrested Saturday in Martin County after deputies say he broke into a woman’s house to rob her while she was home.
Deputies received a call from a woman stating that the suspect entered her home. This was in the White Marsh Reserve community off of Kanner Highway. She says the man fled when she noticed him inside the home.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office was able to use surveillance videos from other homes in the area to get a description of the suspect, and located him hiding in a wooded area not far from the crime scene. He was identified as 35-year old Moises Sanchez, a homeless man out on parole for similar crimes in Georgia.
The sheriff’s office added that Sanchez is a suspect in multiple burglaries in our area. There is an open warrant out of Georgia for burglary.
