FPUA to Discontinue Saturday Morning Hours

Fort Pierce, FL – Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) will discontinue Saturday morning hours effective December 16, 2020. In November, as a convenience to customers, FPUA extended call center and drive-through hours to include Saturday mornings from 8 am to 12 noon, but over the past few weeks very few FPUA customers have utilized those extended hours. “Although the extra hours were offered with our customers in mind, there does not appear to be a significant need for Saturday hours,” said John Tompeck, Director of Utilities. “We will continue the extended weekday hours when the majority of FPUA customers seek assistance.”

The FPUA drive through located at 206 S. 6th Street, will be open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 5 pm, and Customer Service Representatives will be available in the call center (772-466-1600, ext. 3900) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Email Customer Service at cs@fpua.com<mailto:cs@fpua.com>. Email correspondence should contain your name, address and FPUA account number. The Customer Service lobby remains closed to the public.

Additional payment options include the 24-hour Kiosk located on the west side of the building at 206 South 6th Street. The kiosk accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and check payments. Numerous offsite payment locations and online payment options can be found at www.fpua.com<https://www.fpua.com>.
Closings for the upcoming holidays include Thursday and Friday, December 24th & 25th, 2020 and Friday, January 1st, 2021.
