FPD seeking information for burglary and theft

The FDP is seeking information. Sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 am on Christmas Day, someone entered an unlocked motor vehicle parked in the 10000 block of Esperanza Circle.  This person removed electronics valued at approximately $70. Investigative details learned at the time led officers to believe the perpetrator of the crime was Joseph Edward “Elvis” Salinas.

Felony warrants for burglary and theft were obtained for Salinas. As a result and he was located on December 30th at approximately 3:00 pm walking on S. Myrtle Street. At the time of his arrest, Salinas was out on bond for the previous crime/arrest posted below

FPD SEEKING INFORMATION:

When arrested on 12/30, Salinas was in possession of several items that may have been taken during one or more car burglaries not yet reported. Residents who think their car may have been burglarized are encouraged to report the incident REGARDLESS OF THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY TAKEN.
