Fort Pierce Police investigating shooting on North 29th St
Fort Pierce, Fl (treasurecoast.com) –Fort Pierce Police are investigating a shooting incident in which a person sustained a non life-threatening gunshot wound while near an apartment complex, a Fort Pierce police official said Tuesday.
The shooting happened about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of North 29th Street, police Lt. James Gagliano said.
Arriving officers found several cartridge casings outside and on the street.
Gagliano said several people were outside when a “vehicle drove by and shots were exchanged amongst the vehicle and the unknown males outside.”
The vehicle is suspected to be a black, compact four-door sport utility vehicle.
