Fort Pierce Detectives Arrest Suspects Involved in Shooting Activity

FORT PIERCE – Fort Pierce Police Detectives arrested Javaris Allen, 20, and Jakeem Everett, 22, involved in the shooting activity that injured two people Wednesday night.

The suspects, both of Fort Pierce, are facing multiple charges stemming from the incident that occurred on May 15, 2019 at approximately 7:41 p.m. in the 3000 block of Avenue M. They were transported to the St. Lucie County Jail.

The Department’s Crime Suppression Unit and St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Deputies located and apprehended Jarvis Allen within minutes after the incident occurred. Detectives and Deputies later recovered the vehicle used in the shooting and its driver, Jakeem Everett.

The two victims, who sustained non-life threatening injuries, were transported to a local hospital.

FORT PIERCE – The Fort Pierce Police Department responded to shooting activity in the 3000 block of Avenue M at approximately 7:41 p.m.

Two adult victims were wounded. Both victims were transported to a local hospital to be treated.

Fort Pierce Police Detectives are working to identify any witnesses that could lead them to the suspect(s) involved in this case.
