Florida Missing Child Alert for 11-yo Black Male
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement have issued a MISSING CHILD Alert.
The alert is for Yvens Cineus, an 11yo black male, 4’10”, 100 lbs, black hair and brown eyes, last seen in the area of the 6600th block of SW 18th Street in Pembroke Pines.
