Miami, Fl- FDLE has issued a Florida AMBER Alert. The alert is for Noah Florvil. He is a 10 mo-old black made. Noah is 2’6″, 30lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt & pants near the 6600 block of NW 12th Avenue, Miami.
Noah may be with “Bella”, a white/hisp. female.
