JUNO BEACH, Fla. (Treasurecoast.com)- 100+ trucks and electric equipment are being loaded onto barges in Fort Pierce. They will be used by lineworkers and support staff to help restore power in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
FP&L loading trucks on barges to head to Puerto Rico
Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) today announced 140 company lineworkers and support staff will travel to Puerto Rico to help restore power to areas impacted by Hurricane Maria. Hundreds of thousands of customers remain without electric service nearly four months after Hurricane Maria.
