.Fellsmere Police seek armed robber who stole pizza and money
Fellsmere – On August 9, 2018 at approximately 10:20 PM, officers from the Fellsmere Police Department investigated the report of an armed robbery that occurred in the 10040 BLOCK of Esperanza Circle.
The victim, a Papa John’s employee, was delivering a pizza in the area. He was approached by the suspect “from the east”. The suspect pointed a firearm at the victim. He then demanded the pizzas he was carrying as well as any cash in his possession.
The suspect ordered the victim to lie on the ground and told him to stay there for a specified amount of time until he left the area, most likely on foot. The victim was unharmed and left as soon as he felt safe then traveled to a nearby restaurant to report the crime.
The victim identified the suspect as a black or Hispanic male, approximately 5’8” tall in his mid 20’s to mid 30’s in age.
