Fatal Traffic Crash involving a bicyclist in Port Saint Lucie
Port St. Lucie, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The Port St.Lucie Police is investigating a fatal traffic crash involving a bicyclist.
On March 3, 2022 at 10:43am, PSLPD responded to NW St James Dr and NW N. Macedo Blvd regarding a fatal traffic crash involving a bicyclist.
Preliminary investigation has revealed an adult male bicyclist was struck in the above intersection by a vehicle traveling south on NW St James Dr. The bicyclist was pronounced deceased at a local hospital. The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with the investigation.
PSLPD Traffic Homicide Investigators have responded and are currently processing the scene. The investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
