Join us for a Wellness Wednesday Reiki Healing Circle!
We ALL need little balance and a break from our daily lives! Reset, Recharge & Receive Reiki. Meet like minded people and enjoy a stress free circle of friends.
We will begin with a guided meditation to facilitate deep relaxation and comfort; aromatherapy, candles, and crystals or stones may be utilized for additional holistic healing benefits with reiki. Enjoy the sounds of waterfalls and calming music.
We will end with a short optional sharing moment in a safe space and judgment free environment
