Sound Healer Training:
Anthony Profeta, former medical student turned internationally acclaimed meditation teacher, mindfulness expert, & singing bowl specialist is offering his sound healing and singing bowl certification training, “A Journey Into Sound”, on Sunday, January 23rd, 2022 at Divine Soul Wellness in Port St Lucie, Fl from 11am to 6pm.
This training will provide for a greater understanding of sound, energy, vibration, & frequency and their ability to move stuck energy, decrease anxiety, allow for deeper states of meditation, as well as, educate attendees on the profound benefits and effects singing bowls, tuning forks, & vocal toning can have on the overall well-being of body, mind, & soul.
Profeta says, “Sound vibrations have been proven to shift our brain waves into the calmer state of alpha and the deeply rejuvenating & relaxing state of theta. And while many ancient civilizations have used sound in healing modalities and meditation, I believe we are on the cutting edge of rediscovering sound’s power & benefit.”
This immersive event is open to people of all levels of experience. There will be a lot of hands on practice. Singing bowls will be provided for use and for sale after the event. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. Please prepare by bringing any other items or food for your comfort. Comfortable dress attire recommended. RSVP required. Minimum of 4 attendees.
