EAT, STINK AND BE MERRY AT THE TREASURE COAST GARLIC FEST

PORT ST LUCIE, FLORIDA – Join us for the Treasure Coast Garlic Festival, a two-day outdoor festival celebrating the wonderfully delicious and bold taste of garlic. The event is held on the grounds of the MID-FLORIDA Event Center and takes place on Saturday, February 27th, and Sunday, February 28th with a great lineup of garlic dishes and live entertainment.

Enjoy some tasty cocktails or ice-cold beer and be prepared to dine on some delicious garlic inspired dishes including garlic lobster, garlic shrimp, garlic crabs, wood-fired garlic pizza, roasted garlic, and garlic bread, garlic fries, garlic wings, garlic fried rice, garlic chicken and much, much more.

The Treasure Coast Garlic Festival will feature the gourmet garlic depot featuring gourmet garlic recipes prepared under the direction of renowned Chef John Nihoff. Some of his gourmet garlic dishes include a garlic four meat meatball slider, country French garlic soup, creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes, white bean garlic puree, curry garlic vegetable puree over rice, garlic avocado mash with yucca chips to name a few.

Don’t forget dessert, as there will even be garlic ice cream and garlic brownies!

Visitors to the garlic festival can spend their day shopping and exploring the many unique arts and craft vendors located at the festival. The kids will have fun in the Lil’ Stinkers Kids Fun Zone where you can pay per play for inflatables and games.
The festival will have live music from bands and solo acts featuring such favorites as Johnny Debt Prestage, Terry Harms and The All-Stars, Bobby Gugliuzza and Paul Granato, and Jupiter Trailer Trash. Visit the festival website for times.

Tickets to the Treasure Coast Garlic Festival are only $5 per day and can be purchased online via the festival’s website, on-site at the event, or at the Mid-Florida Event Center Box office Monday – Friday from 9am – 4:30 pm. Children 12 and under are admitted free. There is plenty of Free Onsite Parking and a huge covered parking garage located right at the entrance of the Garlic Festival.

Regarding public safety, Garlic Fest organizers take the Coronavirus very seriously and have implemented several measures to help protect festival patrons as well as vendors and event staff. Booths and dining areas will be spread out and sanitizing stations will be provided and placed throughout the venue. Additionally, visitors are advised to wear masks, frequently wash their hands, and observe social distancing guidelines.
