Drug Dealer gets 30 years

A drug dealer gets 30 years after a  multi-agency drug trafficking investigation.

36-year old Bernard Davis Jr. was sentenced yesterday on 64 different charges. A 2014 investigation found he was connected to a large scale criminal organization responsible for pill trafficking which netted around $200,000 a week.

Operation Spot Remover was able to identify individuals who were selling large amounts of narcotic throughout St. Lucie County. Those included powder and “crack” cocaine, marijuana, prescription painkillers and anti-anxiety medications such as Hydromorphone, Oxycodone and Xanax.

The investigation  included the 19th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, the Fort Pierce Police Department, the DEA, FBI, and ATF.

“This focused group of investigators developed cases against more than 90 people.  The crimes including possession, sale and delivery of illegal narcotics, trafficking in Heroin, Oxycodone and Hydromorphone and conspiracy to traffic in Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, MDMA (Ecstasy) and cocaine.”
