St Lucie County, Fl- Tyler Dashner, the man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed five people in Fort Pierce, appeared in court yesterday morning.

He was arrested earlier this week, 25 days after the deadly crash. Officials say they were waiting for more evidence to prove he had been drinking and was over the legal limit, but new details in a charging affidavit released yesterday show that they knew he was drunk just hours after the crash.
