Disgruntled Employee Intentionally Damages $225,000 Worth of Water Pipes

On June 16th, PSLPD Officers responded to 9840 SW Range Line Rd in reference to a part-time pipe crew employee, Richard Terrazas, who maliciously drilled holes into 250 water pipes with a cordless drill after he became disgruntled with his job.

Terrazas left the job site prior to the Officers arrival, but not before he intentionally damaged the water pipes, which would all have to be replaced for a total cost of $225,000.

Officers followed up on the incident and recently obtained an arrest warrant for the 53-year-old of Lake Worth, FL. Terrazas is currently wanted for felony criminal mischief. If anyone has information about his whereabouts, please contact PSLPD or the Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 800-273-TIPS.
