Deputies Arrest Melbourne Stabbing Suspects
On Sunday, July 19, 2015, at approximately 1145 P.M., Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Canova Beach Park, located at 3299 North Highway A1A, Melbourne, in reference to the report of a stabbing.
A 45-year-old Male Victim reported that during an argument with two males later identified as 52-year-old Michael Robertson and 51-year-old James Beecham, he was stabbed.
Agents located both Robertson and Beecham who cooperated by providing locations to evidence. Both were charged with Attempted First Degree Murder and transported to the Brevard County Jail under a no bond status.
The victim, who is not being identified at this time, was transported to the hospital where he underwent surgery and is still in critical condition.
