Community is invited to opening of Petravice Preserve
St. Lucie County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The community is invited to the opening of Petravice Preserve.
St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners invites the public to participate in the ribbon cutting celebration for the new 35-acre Petravice Preserve on Monday, Feb. 21 from noon to 4 p.m. The preserve is located at 5445 Palmetto Ave. in Fort Pierce, along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. After the ceremonial ribbon cutting, Environmental Resources Department staff and volunteers will lead hikes and kayak tours throughout the preserve.
