Click It or Ticket It led to Arrest.
Stuart Police Officers on B Shift Nights were conducting Click It or Ticket Enforcement in the 400 block of S. Colorado on 5/28 and 6:38 p.m.
Officers identified a driver not wearing her seatbelt. She was later identified as Nicole Daigle of Port St. Lucie. Ms Daigle was told to pull over. She initially stopped on S. Colorado Avenue, then fled Southbound. Daigle was finally stopped at SE Dixie. Then Daigle and her passenger were taken into custody without incident. She later admitted to Officer Pecci, and Officer Lee that she fled because she did not have a license.
Daigle was booked in the Martin County Jail and charged with Fleeing and Eluding and Driving While License Suspended. Daigle did get cited for no seatbelt.
