Martin County,  Fl (treasurecoast.com)-  The Martin County Sheriff reported the facilities at Mary Brogan Park in Martin County were vandalized over the weekend.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said this is happening frequently.

They say the vandalism has cost Martin County taxpayers thousands of dollars to clean and repair the damage.

If you have any information about the people responsible for this crime, you are urged to contact the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.

A few things have occurred over the past few days that we want you to be aware of.
More vandalism is being reported at our beautiful parks. Some of these photos were taken at Mary Brogan Park. This is happening frequently. This type of crime hurts all of the hard working families who look forward to our beautiful outdoor enjoyment. Like you, we want to put a stop to it. If you have any information about who may be responsible for this, please call us, or private message us. It’s only a matter of time before we find the individuals who have been costing the taxpayers of Martin County thousands of dollars to clean and repair this damage, so we can continue to enjoy our parks. Thank you to our County Parks Department for working so hard to make sure the repairs are done quickly and we can go back to Martin’s great outdoors. But, the vandalism needs to stop.
