Change in taste in Martin County Water. Dialysis patients beware!
Residents of Martin County might notice a funny taste in their tap water over the next few weeks. Martin County Utilities, the City of Stuart, and South Martin Regional Utility are temporarily changing the method of chlorinating potable water to insure the future safety of the water. Residents might notice an unusual chlorine taste, odor, or cloudiness in their tap water from now until July 15th. The water will not be harmful to your health. Those on kidney dialysis should consult their physician for special instructions.
