CELEBRATE THE SWEETNESS OF SEASON WITH “THE NUTCRACKER”
Come see the holiday classic at The Lyric Theatre, December 6-8
(Stuart, FL) – The holiday season brings many traditions, but the sweetest one of all must be Florida Arts & Dance Company’s (FADC) production of “The Nutcracker”. For 23-years, FADC students have been bringing audiences on an exciting journey where mice battle with soldiers and snowflakes perform an airy waltz.
FADC will present “The Mini-Nutcracker” on Friday, December 6 at 5:00 pm. “This a shortened version of the classic.” said Joann Gallagher, FADC President. “The show will last about 1-hour, so it’s perfect for families with young children, or those who are sensory sensitive. Best of all, families can enjoy the show at the Lyric and still have time to watch the Stuart Christmas Parade.”
On Saturday, December 7 at 2:00 and 7:00 pm, and Sunday, December 8 at 3:00 pm, FADC are joined by guest artists from Russian Ballet Orlando.

FADC is a registered 501c3 Cultural Arts organization and is the only not for profit dance studio in Martin County. The studio’s mission is to enhance the cultural awareness of the community through quality dance education and performance opportunities. FADC also provides outreach programs for at risk children and special needs children and adults. The Nutcracker performance is funded solely by monies raised through corporate sponsorships and fundraising activities performed by FADC students, families and members of the community.
