Body of missing 4 year old PSL girl found
Port St Lucie, Fla- On December 3, 2017 at around 11:00 pm, a US Marshal and member of the search team found the body of Chelsea Noel. They were in a kayak searching the retention pond located at SW Halmark St. and SW Abacus Ave when they spotted a small human body submerged in the pond.
St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Dive Team responded to the location just before 1:00 am on December 4, 2017. The dive team located and removed her lifeless body from the retention pond.
The Port St Lucie Police along with other agencies were relentless in their search for Chelsea.

The Chief said that the community pulled together. They were able to look at security footage to lead them to the pond.
