ST LUCIE COUNTY BEACHES ARE OPEN THIS MORNING.

Officials closed all St. Lucie County beaches (north and south) for part of the day Monday due to shark sightings.

Video taken by St. Lucie County government shows two sharks estimated between 5 to 7 feet in length, swimming dangerously close to shore Monday at Waveland Park.
