Penelope has not been here at HSTC long, but this 4 year old cutie is more than ready to find her fur-ever home. She absolutely hates being confined, so she looks a bit scary when you first meet her in her kennel. However, once Penelope is out-and-about she transforms into a happy, relaxed pup. She is very tidy in her kennel and may be housetrained! Penelope came to HSTC as a stray, so we do not know much about her past. We do know that her favorite pastime is destroying her stuffed toys.
Penelope is a HSTC Dolly’s Dream Dog! This means her adoption fee has been sponsored AND she comes with a bunch of extra goodies to help her adjust to her new home.
