Adopt Little One & Nero
Little One is a special kitty that needs a very special owner. This 6-year-old girl is very timid, which means it takes her a while to warm up to people. One she trusts you, she becomes super affectionate. Rumor has it that she is a huge fan of wet food, which is the secret to winning her heart! Little One gets along with other respectful cats and would love a home with adults or older children.
Nero
Nero is a happy and active 1-year-old pup that has been at our shelter since January! He is treat motivated and knows his basic commands. Nero can be particular about his dog friends, so he would do best as an only pet in the home. He is looking for an active owner who will play his favorite game of catch with him. Nero is a Dolly’s Dream dog, which means his adoption fee has been paid by a generous donor and he comes with lots of FREE stuff like: Crate, Harness, Collar & Leash, Dog Bed, Feeding Bowls and a 6-week training program at HSTC!
These pets and many more are available for adoption through the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast.
Locations to adopt are the HSTC Main Shelter at 4100 SW Leighton Farm Ave. in Palm City, the HSTC Thrift Store Central at 2585 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, and the HSTC Thrift Store North at 1099 NW 21st St. in Stuart.
Normal adoption hours are Monday through Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
