9 illegals taken into custody in Jupiter

Jupiter, Fla- Nine people were taken into custody after illegally coming ashore near the Jupiter Inlet in the early morning hours yesterday.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office helicopter spotted the boat packed full of migrants. Authorities said eight foreign nationals from China, Turkey, Haiti, the Bahamas, and Jamaica were on board. One American was also on board. Agents arrested all nine. Homeland Security can’t say where the boat came from, but they believe it’s a case of human smuggling. Homeland Security said they believe they got everyone on board, and that no one is missing. They are investigating where the suspects came from and exactly how they got here.
