40-year-old PSL man charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs outside of his home
Port St. Lucie, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- On May 1, 2019, Port St. Lucie Police arrested John J. Joyce, of Port St. Lucie on charges of Sexual Indecent Exposure.
On April 28, Police went to the 200 block of Lake Forest way in Port St. Lucie. They went for reports of a naked man walking around in the neighborhood. During the investigation, Police were informed the naked man was standing outside of a home and was seen actively tugging at his genitals.
Police initiated contacted with a man who they believed was a suspect, the man was fully clothed at the time police made contact, therefore police located neighboring video surveillance which capture the entire incident.
The video contained the person who was identified as the suspect, John Joyce. The video revealed John Joyce was in a complete state of being unclothed and was actively masturbating near the rear outside corner of his home (236 SW Lake Forest Way, PSL). An arrest warrant was filed with the State Attorney’s office, charging John Joyce with Exposure of Sexual Organs in violation of Florida State Statute 800.03. John Joyce was picked up on May 1, 2019 and transported to St. Lucie County Jail.
