26-year-old man killed in rollover crash in Okeechobee County
Okeechobee, Fl- FHP have identified a man killed in a rollover crash in Okeechobee County.
The crash happened Monday morning around 7:15 a.m.
FHP said 26-year-old Jose Emilio Reguero, from Palm Bay, was making a left onto U.S. Highway 441 from County Road 68 around 7:15 a.m.
His Chevy Blazer entered directly into the oncoming path of another Chevy, driven by 43-year-old David Lee Niehaus. He was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 441.
Niehaus struck Reguero’s Blazer, causing it to overturn according the FHP report.
Reguero died from the wreck. Niehaus suffered minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
