24 yo Palm Bay Man arrested after road rage incident
A 24-year-old Palm Bay man is accused of pointing a gun at another man’s head during a road rage incident, according to a Fellsmere police report.
Ryan Michael Holt was arrested Thursday. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
Officers got a report of a motorist showing a firearm during a road rage incident. They went to the entrance of a car wash in the 12800 block of County Road 512 about 6:10 p.m.Thursday.
The two motorists who called 911 and stopped to witness the incident verified that Holt pushed the other man and pointed a gun at him. Holt was released from the Indian River County Jail on Friday afternoon. His bail was set at $6,000 bail, according to jail records.
