21-year-old PSL woman pepper sprays man after a domestic dispute.
On April 23, 2019 at around 7:05pm, Port St. Lucie Police went to the victim’s place of business for reports of a disturbance. Once on scene officers learned that Sade had been engaged in a verbal altercation that turned physical with Sade Frasier pepper spraying the victim. Sade Frasier pepper sprayed the victim’s neck while the victim was faced away from her. Sade Frasier’s reasoning for pepper spraying the victim was because the victim refused to talk with her.
Officers spoke with the victim who complained of a slight burning sensation (no swelling) of the neck; however, the victim refused rescue transport.
Sade Frasier provided officers with conflicting verbal and written statements on a sworn written statement form. Sade Frasier was taken into custody and charged with: Battery, Breach of peace; disorderly conduct, and knowingly filling a false police report. She was transported to the St. Lucie County Jail.
